FAQ's for your stay at Moon Lake Farm

We are excited to welcome you to our beautiful property! You will really enjoy it! Here's some answers to the questions that guests often ask us!

Will there be coffee in our room?

• Yes, we have a Keurig with some pods, creamer, sugar, and mugs to get you started. If you are staying for a long while, you will want to bring your favorite pods with you?

Are the rooms pet friendly?

• Yes, the Garden Suite and the Lakeside Suite are both pet friendly. The cottages are not.

Is there a kitchen in the room?

• In the room, you will have a mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig.
• In the screened-in building next to the main home, you will find a griddle, two-eye hot plate, pots, pans, silverware, etc. (Building is winterized from Dec 1-March 1).

Is there a washer/dryer?

• No, there isn't.

Do we have access to the hot tub?

• No, it is for Cottage guests only.

Is there fishing? Do you rent equipment?

• There is fishing! The pond has bass, bluegill, and crappie in it. Please bring your own fishing equipment.
• You can purchase live bait at Academy Sports in Tupelo.

Are there animals on the farm?

• Yes, there are miniature donkeys, horses, chickens, cats, and a British Lab named James.
• If you want to bring a treat for the donkeys or horses, a carrot is fine. Just don't let the donkeys nibble your fingers!

Are there walking trails?

• Yes. We recommend starting by the swings by the lake, going through the fence, and continuing around.
• If you go through a gate, please close it behind you.
